(no subject)

I need a cuddle. =(
I real. Snuggly. Loving. No-Attachments. Friendly. Cuddle. =[

(no subject)

Yay, I slept for - like - 5 hours last night! It's an improvement from the previous night. :P And I could have slept a bit longer if I hadn't been STARVING! Maybe it's time to rethink the "eating before 7" thing...

Half way around the world lies the one thing that you want
Buried in the ground, hundreds of miles down
The first thing that arises in your mind when you awake
Is bending you 'til you break, let me hold you now

Baby close your eyes, don't open 'til the morning light
Baby don't forget, we haven't lost it all yet

Don't know what you're made of 'til the one thing that you want
Is coming with the dawn and suddenly changes
The Monday syndicate meets everyone the same
All we've lost to the flame, listen to me now

Baby close your eyes, don't open 'til the morning light
Don't ever forget, we haven't lost it all yet
All we know for sure is all that we are fighting for
Baby, don't forget we haven't lost it all yet

Someday when this is over
We may still have no answer
For now it's when I hold her
We are closer, we are closer

Baby, close your eyes, don't open 'til the morning light
Don't ever forget, we haven't lost it all yet
All we know for sure is all that we are fighting for
Baby, don't forget we haven't lost it all yet

We haven't lost it all yet
We are closer, we are closer

Writer's Block Questions.

What creature would you choose as your spirit animal?
Grey fox.

What is your personal motto or favorite quotation?
"Changing even the bad things that have gone before would fundamentally change who we are, and whether or not that would be a good thing, I believe, it is impossible to predict.
So I take my past experiences... and try to regret nothing."

If you had to give up one indulgence for 40 days, what would it be?
That'd be too easy mind...

What's the story behind your username?
Christoff's pet name for me. 'nuff said. And I don't want to move lj.

What quality do you think is most important in a significant other?

If you could ask your pet any question (and they could answer you), what would it be?
"I know your life was short, but did we (family) make it the best it could have been?"

What's the best compliment you've ever received?
"Remember, beautiful things are wildly different too". It almost made me cry... My parents sent that as a note with flowers and a bear after Christoff called me different. lol

When you're stuck in a boring class or meeting, what's your favorite way to keep yourself entertained (or at least from falling asleep)?

What was your favorite movie when you were a kid? Is it still your favorite now that you're older?
I can't remember! Lion King? Robin Hood? Fox and the Hound? Pro'ly one of those. And I do still love them! But - and I haven't yet found someone who agrees with me  - I think The Lion King 2 is better then the first!!
Ooh, and The Rose and the Slipper! I still adore that! The music is awesome!

Do you behave differently online than you do in real life?
Yes and no. I behave similarly to how I behave around people when I feel totally relaxed; when I don't feel anxious about being judged. But there are few people I feel that at ease around, so most people only know that side of me online... So, generally speaking, yes, I act a little different; however, I'd say that I'm more me online than I am offline! Because my personality isn't stifled by this silly little thing called self-consciousness... I waffle well, eh? B)

Writer's Block: More Island Time

You're packing your bag for that other desert island—the one with no electricity—what 5 books do you take with you?
The Sight - David Clement Davies
The Meaning of Night - Michael Cox
Legacy of the Drow - R.A. Salvatore (I have it in 4 books but you can buy it as one)

Not too sure about the other two yet! I have many favourites but I only want to read The Sight again...Ooh, and Firebringer, but I wouldn't TAKE that.

Writer's Block: Miss Manners

What recently developed technology—cell phones, wi-fi, laptops, handheld gaming devices, etc.—do you think has had the worst influence on how people behave in public?
Mobile phones 'cause everyone texts when around other people. I don't think of it as rude per se, but it is really. =P

Writer's Block: Fearsome

The boogeyman, global thermonuclear war, being forced to eat broccoli—there's a lot to be afraid of when you're a kid. What was your biggest childhood fear?
To counter a fear of broccoli, I pretended to be a brontosaurus. Haha. I was actually afraid of being stabbed in bed for a very very long time, and of thunder. I always feared that a storm meant someone was lurking outside, ready to break in, ready to kill.

Writer's Block: Clothing Options

When it comes to clothes, would you rather be comfortable or fashionable?
Comfortable. I care nothing for fashion, but I do like to feel I look presentable; that's a part of being comfortable, actually feeling you can step out into the world without being ashamed. Haha.

Writer's Block: Tricky Questions

What is your first reaction when someone says "I need to talk to you"?
I always expect it to be bad...
The only times I can REMEMBER that being said to be, I've been dumped. =P

Writer's Block: Starting Out Fresh

Many people believe that what you do on New Year's Day sets the tone for your entire year. How did you spend the first day of 2009? Do you think it will influence the rest of the year?
Uh, I spent the morning watching Bridget Jones' Diary before writing and reading methinks! That was all good fun and I found myself quite involved in what I was writing...I was re-doing the synoposis, but it's really in depth (5 pages long and not 1/2 finished) and I've changed a lot to make the plot less messy. =]
I then went to see Australia with my parents, which was quite awesome actually! I'd recommend people see it. It was a lot longer than I thought it'd be, and felt a bit like 2 films in 1, but it didn't drag at all and I never found myself feeling bored!! After that I went to eat at Wagamamas with my parents.
I got home and spoke to Christoff, before playing on Brain Training and excersising, then looked at hair styles, spoke to Christoff again and...wrote in a notebook, read and slept methinks.

I don't know whether it'll influence the rest of the year. xD
